What we look for.

The property: Real collateral with a clear value. Leverage is sized on purchase price.
The borrower: Investors and builders with a track record, borrowing through an entity with a personal guarantee.
The plan: A believable exit: sale, refinance or construction takeout. Renovation is funded by the borrower.
The purpose: Business-purpose investment property only. No owner-occupied or consumer loans.
