Who we are
This website is operated by Estuary Capital Partners, LLC ("Estuary," "we," "us"), a private real estate lender based in Tampa, Florida. We make business-purpose loans secured by investment real estate.
What we collect
When you submit a deal or contact us, we collect what you send: your name, email address, phone number, the property address, deal figures, and any notes you include.
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited. We use this to keep the site secure and working. We may also use privacy-friendly analytics that do not track you across other websites.
How we use it
- To review your loan request and respond to you
- To underwrite, document and service any loan we make
- To protect the site against spam and abuse
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for other companies' marketing.
Who we share it with
Only those who help us evaluate or close a loan, or run this website: for example title and closing agents, appraisers, attorneys, our capital partners, and service providers that host the site or deliver email. They may use it only for that purpose. We may also disclose information when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep deal submissions for as long as needed to respond and, if we make a loan, for the period required by our record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete a submission that did not result in a loan.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us by emailing deals@estuarycapital.com.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection and submissions are delivered directly to our team. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, so please don't send bank account numbers, Social Security numbers or other sensitive identifiers through the form.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
